CHARLES ATLAS
Aside from the late,Great Sandow, whose famous and well-posed physique gained the admiration of many internationally during the 19th Century, even into the 20th, no one else has had a more international recognition along these lines than the person known as CHARLES ATLAS, whose courses in body-building and health,etc. are still being marketed today in this new century. Not even the famous 'ARNOLD STRONG', at present a governor, has had as much world recognition as Charles Atlas, whose advertisements for his course(s) graced nearly every comic book and magazine in the US and around the world during the 20th century.
