My good friend, 'Joe' Ramos was the first Mr. Philippines and also the second one...he was also the first 'FILIPINO TARZAN'(Tarsan) in the movies....footage of Joe can be seen in movie made by the US that utilized portions of an early film with Joe in it...I will list things about this when I have time...
Correction: Jesus "Og" Ramos was Mr Philippines before Joe Ramos was. Og was the Filipino Tarzan and had several movies under his name. Joe Ramos did a few movies. Joe was my Dad. Thanks

Sorry for not replying soon enough. Joe's real name is Jose. Jesus became popular as Og because of the character he played. I don't know what was Jesus' first movie. But check out video48.blogspot.com - it has a ton of info. regarding Philippine movies.
